To change your plan, simply sign in to your account or app and click on new plan. Changes are allowed once per calendar month.
Below are the steps (screen shots) customer's/agents can follow to change their plan.

|2||Select the appropriate plan and confirm your changes and clicking Update My Service.
Note: If upgrading –i.e. higher data allowance or faster Speed Boost the change will take effect within 24 hours. If downgrading the change will take effect at the start of the following month.
Customers can change their plan/add-ons once per month. If a change has already been made that month a message will appear stating changes can't be made until next month.
|3||A summary of charges will be displayed at the end of the page including the total minimum monthly spend. Once ‘Update My Service ’ is clicked Terms and Conditions will be displayed.
•The Terms and Conditions will display relevant to the change that is being made (i.e. –recontract, change plan, add/remove Speed Boost)
•When performing a change on behalf of the customer you must read these out and gain the acceptance before clicking ‘Agree’.
When changing plans (upgrading or downgrading), the new monthly fee will not take effect until the beginning of next month. That means there are no messy pro-rata fees to worry about, we simply charge you the new monthly fee at the start of the next month.
